Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer:

Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $50
Please note: delivery delays may occasionally occur due to postal service disruptions beyond our control.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes via UPS.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned—we may expand soon!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. If you haven’t received it within a few days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been accepted by USPS, delivery is under the control of the carrier. While we are happy to assist with shipping questions and provide any information you need, customers are responsible for initiating a USPS Missing Mail Search or other applicable USPS investigation if a package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located.
If your tracking has not updated for 7 or more days, or if your package appears to be missing, please contact us at info@defiantdog.com. We'll provide any shipping information needed to support the USPS investigation. Once USPS determines that a package has been lost, we will gladly replace your order or issue a refund in accordance with our store policy.
This version is a bit more balanced than saying you're "no longer responsible" once the carrier has the package, while still making it clear that the customer is expected to start the USPS process. It also reinforces that you'll stand behind the order once USPS confirms the package is lost.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. The Defiant Dog is not responsible for delays or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
